Over 100 Fremont retailers and restaurants invite children, dressed in costume and accompanied by an adult (no adults in masks, please) to stroll the shops and storefronts collecting treats and treasures on Halloween day.

At 3:30p, at Lenin's heel, Seattle's own Bubbleman will fill Red Triangle with his magical display of brilliant bubbles - for those who want to take a break from the gathering of goodies!
