A Magical Mystery Tour with the Fremont Chamber At Ducks & Dogs

The annual Fremont Chamber of Commerce Ducks, Dogs & Suds is coming up on Wednesday, August 15th – and reservations are pouring in, so if you want to get onboard with this magical, mystery tour, along with fellow Fremonsters, you better book it now.

The gathering begins at 4:30p at History House, where a $25 per person entry fee gives attendees Dante’s Inferno Dogs hot dogs, tasty beverages (for those over 21) from Fremont Brewing Company (soda pop also available,) and an utterly unique tour of the Center of the Universe and Lake Union with Ride The Ducks.

The evening – the tour will take over an hour, and attendees should plan to return around 8p – also includes laughter, fellowship, aisle dancing, and memories that endure.

Remember, what happens on the Ducks…creates stories to share for decades to come!

The Chamber has only 107 seats available on this popular cruise, and they will fill up fast!

Final West of Lenin Movie Night Features Astronomical Short Films by Jose Francisco Salgado

This Wednesday, August 8th, at 7:30p, the summer movie series at West Of Lenin concludes with an amazing anthology of astronomical short films by Jose Francisco Salgado.  With the landing of the NASA rover ‘Curiosity’ on Mars, today, and the Perseids meteor shower expected on August 11th, why not celebrate at this one-night only screening?  It costs only $5 per person (21+ only) with popcorn only $2 more!
