Amazon Now Offering Genuinely Handcrafted Products From Local Artisans

This holiday season, Amazon Handmade has genuinely handcrafted items available for purchase on-line, and now available on Amazon Prime Now, the one and two-hour delivery service, in nine markets across the U.S.

Amazon Handmade offers pottery, necklaces, skincare, tote bags and candles from local artisans – all genuinely handcrafted.  Amazon Handmade offers 10 product categories including Home Décor, Artwork, Party Supplies, Kitchen and Dining, providing items made by thousands of artisans across more than 30 countries.

Two local artisans, Sarah Bak Pottery and Sarah Hood Jewelry, have unique, artistic products for sale on Amazon Handmade, and available via Prime Now.  A specially-curated list of products from Amazon Handmade Artisans are available, expanding Amazon’s commitment to small businesses – and providing access to quality, competitive goods for discerning shoppers.

Prime Now will get these handcrafted pieces almost immediately to shoppers in Austin, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Minneapolis, Phoenix, Portland, Raleigh, San Diego, San Francisco Bay Area and, of course, Seattle, through the holiday season.

“This holiday season, customers can shop an even greater selection of handcrafted, giftable items,” said Stephenie Landry, Prime Now Vice-President, “and have the products delivered through Christmas Eve – the ultimate solution for those procrastinators who still want to get a unique, quality gift for their loved ones.”
