On Sunday, January 21st, from Noon to 2p, the Fremont Arts Council will be cleaning out their workshop space, The Powerhouse, and they could use some help.

Can you lend a hand, or some elbow-grease, to this effort?  They could assistance with organizing, sorting, sweeping and tossing.  Help of any size and shape would be welcome.

On January 27th, February 3rd, and February 10th, from Noon – 4p, the Fremont Arts Council will be hosting free, public workshops for building tiny floats for the upcoming Petit Troll Flash Parade on Sunday, February 11th.

Petit Troll is an incredibly inclusive and accessible event, where participants pull shoebox-sized floats through the Fremont Sunday Market.  People of all ages can be a part of this parade – and make their own floats.

Find out more about Petit Troll by attending one of the upcoming open workshops, or talking with FAC members during the clean-up on January 20th!
