Community Updates At Upcoming FNC Meeting On July 28th

On Monday, July 28th, starting at 7p, the Fremont Neighborhood Council (FNC) will give residents a forum for hearing and discussing matters to promote their interests at this open-to-the-public meeting held at Doric Lodge #92.

This month, the FNC will welcome David Graves, of the Seattle Department of Parks & Recreation, sharing information about renovations at Gas Works Park.  Also, attendees will discuss a proposed, four-level, 27-unit apartment building for 3635 Phinney Ave N, and organizing a booth at the North Precinct Picnic on August 24th from 1p – 4p, at University Heights Center.

  • The FNC community clean-up and celebration, called Fremont…Bright, on July 19th
  • Westlake Avenue North cycle track Project
  • Neighbor Night Out on August 5th
  • A crosswalk for N 43rd Avenue & Fremont Ave N
  • Community mitigation funds from the North Transfer Station Remodel
