Recently, Fremont-based Kvichak Marine delivered two all-aluminum 36’ boats to Tymac Launch Service of British Columbia, Canada.  These vessels were designed by Kvichak for the specific use of transporting 12 or fewer passengers, to provide transportation for B.C. Coast Pilots, Government Officials, Ships Agents & Surveyors, Longshoremen, Repair Crews, etc.

The areas of operations for these two vessels will include Vancouver Harbour, Indian Arm, Howe Sound, the Fraser River and Southern Gulf of Georgia Strait.  Powered by twin John Deere diesel engines, the vessels will be able, crewed by a single person, to reach speeds of 35 knots, while drawing a draft of 2’ 4”.

For additional information about these vessels, and other Kvichak Marine boats, most of them designed and built in Fremont, contact Kvichak at 206/545-8485, sales@kvichak.com or check out the website.
