The City of Seattle Office of Arts & Culture has launched ‘Spacefinder Seattle,’ a new website designed to connect artists and art spaces.  This database is intended to list every rental space in the region useful to artists, arts and cultural organizations, but Spacefinder Seattle has only just begun and it will need help to grow.

Visitors can use Spacefinder Seattle to find presentation spaces, theaters, galleries, cinemas, museums, creative spaces, studios, rehearsal rooms, offices, events spaces and raw warehouse spaces for lease.  Yet, currently Spacefinder Seattle, of its nearly 200 listings, only has one – NalandaWest – located in Fremont.

Help update this new, potentially valuable resource, and spread the word to those who need to find a venue that one is available, and soon, will be useful for finding spaces for art.
