On Saturday, March 14th, from 10:30a – Noon, the Bastyr Center for Natural Health is hosting another in its series of free ‘Living Naturally: Conversations on Health & Happiness’.  This time, Jamey Wallace, ND will give advice on ways to put your brain to work – to ward off dementia and other types of memory loss – at ‘Natural Tips To Keep The Brain Young.’

Many aspects of your health contribute to keeping a brain young including:

  • exercise
  • sleep
  • natural supplements & herbs
  • brain activities
