FNC Discusses Housing Levy, Freight Plan & Potential Future Projects

On Monday, May 23rd, at 7p, at Doric Lodge #92, the Fremont Neighborhood Council (FNC) will meet to discuss issues and projects affecting the residents of our community.

Among agenda items scheduled, the FNC Board will hear information on the Seattle Housing Levy, Proposition 1, from a representative of the pro-campaign.  The meeting will also include a presentation on the proposed Seattle Freight Mobility Plan, and efforts to accommodate all modes of travel on city streets.

On May 28th, volunteers are requested to Patrick Place Apartments, on Aurora, for a community clean-up.

The Board will also discuss, and invite suggestions about, any projects the non-profit community organization should consider addressing in 2016/17.

One project being promoted at the FNC meeting is the May 28th Community Clean-Up starting at Patrick Place Apartments on Aurora.  The clean-up will start at 9:30a, and conclude at 11:30 at the Apartments with refreshments and prizes.
