Vif Wine|Coffee is celebrating its 4th year in business, and Happy Hour, with two upcoming events.
- On Thursday, July 27th, from 5:30p – 7:30p, in honor of Vif’s 4th birthday, the weekly wine tasting will be focused on some of Vif’s favorite wines from local natural wine folk. The staff of our local wine shop will invite the makers of those wines it considers the best of the moment, and let you decide whether you agree. In addition, the always amazing kitchen at Vif will be crafting a series of sliders for sippers to snack on during the Happy Hour tasting.
- On Thursday, August 3rd, from 5:30p – 7:30p, in partnership with Book Larder, Vif will host a special book signing and tasting event. Author Victoria James and illustrator Lyle Railsback have co-created a new book, ‘Drink Pink: A Celebration of Rosé’. Meet Railsback and James, and hear first-hand about the many places rosé comes from and how it’s made, along with easy recipes to pair with this versatile wine. Drop in any time during the signing (Book Larder will have copies available for purchase,) and order a glass along with one of Vif’s signature small plates, specially crafted for this evening. James and Railsback will speak, briefly at 6:30p, about the book and their passion for rosé!
