The Fremont Chamber of Commerce has a series of educational and health-focused meetings coming up, open to all.
On Thursday, April 6th, in partnership with CPR Seattle, the Chamber will host an evening CPR Certification Class, from 6p to 8:30p. Get your two-year CPR & AED certification through the American Heart Association, along with first aid for adults. Limited spaces are available in this training session, so immediate pre-registration is encouraged. Cost is $10 for Chamber members, and $15 for all others.
On Thursday, April 13th, from 5p – 7p, the Fremont Chamber will host its regular Health & Wellness Meet Up, this time at Aatma Fitness on Patches Place, across from the ‘People Waiting For The Interurban’ statue. This gathering provides an open forum for networking, partnering and discussion among health and wellness professionals – and those who want to meet them! The event is open-to-all, with light snacks and drinks, at a cost of $10 for Chamber members, and $15 for non-members. RSVP on-line.
On Wednesday, April 19th, at Noon, the Chamber willc host its monthly general meeting, in the most healthy surroundings – the Bastyr Center for Natural Health. This month, learn how to ‘Spring Clean Your Office, Body & Mind’, as business coaches teach how to minimize and organize your e-mail and work load, prioritizing projects and cleaning out your office. Also, hear from health professionals about how to clean toxins out of your body to reduce stress. Cost is $20 for Chamber members, $25 for non-members. RSVP on-line.
