Donations are needed to fill the shelves of the Fremont Arts Council (FAC) Rummage Sale, with all sales going to support the 2012 Solstice Parade. The proceeds often provide the popular parade with a much needed infusion of initial cash.
Bring your gently worn treasures to the FAC Powerhouse at 3940 Fremont Avenue North during open hours. The first of these takes place during the FAC monthly meeting on Tuesday, April 10th between 7p – 9p.
Look around your house to see if there are some art works, books, gee-gaws, small furniture, toys, or objet d’art that no longer have value to you, but could be turned into cold hard cash to support the Solstice Parade. Whatever it is, bring it down and let the FAC volunteers see if it can be sold!
The rummage sale will take place on April 21st & 22nd at the Powerhouse.
