This week, on Sunday, July 24th, from 2p – 4p, the free concert series – Music In the Sculpture Garden – features music two incredibly talented singer-songwriters. These performances only show that the series continues strong in the seventh year of the series, and the second to last concert.
This week, Michael Guthrie returns to the stage in the History House covered courtyard. Guthrie plays his guitar to his thought-provoking, entertaining songs on everything from U.S. foreign policy to relationships. He also helped launch the MITSG concert series, and will be warmly welcomed back to the series.
Ray Boyce sings his original songs with a soulful voice, and plays guitar with a hearty fingerstyle. His works include music from the traditions of blues, roots and Americana.
Come enjoy a relaxing, family friendly afternoon out of the sun (or, dare we mention, rain) in the covered courtyard in front of History House of Greater Seattle. Find out more about the series, which will finish this season next week, on July 31st, on the website – or contact the series producer, John Nordstrand.
