The Bastyr Center for Natural Health, located on Stone Way, in enrolling people now in ‘Way To Go: A Holistic Lifestyle Program’, a 9-week series of counseling sessions, starting April 17th, at 6p.
For those seeking assistance with loving their body, eating healthfully and being nourished holistically, Way To Go can show them personalized steps they can take to achieving health goals. Developed by Bastyr’s nutrition and clinical health psychology faculty, Way To Go combines individual counseling with weekly group sessions aimed at attaining personal goals for healthier lifestyles.
Attendees will have the opportunity to:
- Learn about whole-food nutrition, and health eating
- Build skills to support positive health behavior, both mentally and physically
- Explore their relationship with food, including learning new ways to cope with stress
