On Saturday, September 10th, the third public painting party will take place on the Aurora Bridge Mural (a.k.a. The Bridge Way Mural,) created by Patrick Gabriel in 1997. This will be a great opportunity to help remove graffiti and improve the surroundings – as well as building camaraderie among Fremonsters who love this art work!
Show up at the mural between 10a and 2p, ready and willing to work, and get dirty. If you have a strong preference for a paint brush, or dipping container, bring those along too. Any tools – ladders, paint rags, etc. – will be provided, but more is always welcome.
Mostly, bring yourself, your friends and others fond of maintaining a mural that belongs entirely to the community! Come help preserve it!
