Who says education cannot be entertaining and edible? Not Theo Chocolate! On Saturday, September 21st, at 9:30a, take time from Fremont Oktoberfest to learn about creating the perfect cozy start to any day, or end to any evening, with a class in pairing artisanal teas and fine, organic, fair trade chocolate.
For a cost of $45 per person, the experts from B. Fuller’s Mortar & Pestle will lead you through an incredible array of teas, while a Theo Chocolate ambassador provides an extensive and unique chocolate tasting. The one-hour, morning class will culminate in a pairing of the two – plus a special treat provided by the Theo Kitchen, made especially for this class. Students will then also be sent home with a delicious tea sample and some quality chocolate to pair it with.
Advanced registration is required, and recommended, for Theo classes. Register here for the class on September 21st. If it is full, consider registering for the next one on November 23rd (click here for more information.)
