The Woodland Park Zoo is open every day, and this mild winter weather makes a stroll around the grounds a perfect activity for the whole family.
On December 26, 27 & 28th follow a carefully scheduled wildlife trek as part of the Winter Celebration. Watch the animals munch on special holiday-themed treats including wreaths of assorted fruits, evergreen trees with ornamental fruit, boughs and wrapped boxes. Winter Celebration is part of the Zoo’s on-going enrichment program to promote natural animal behavior, keep them mentally stimulated and engage zoo visitors.
