On Monday, August 15th, at 6p Literacy Source will screen the documentary, Writing Our Next Chapter at the Seattle Public Library Fremont Branch (731 N 35th.)  In celebration of their 25th anniversary, Literacy Source created this video that shares stories and experiences of their students.

Literacy Source invite everyone to come enjoy the free screening, and the delicious donated treats crafted by Essential Baking Company, along with coffee by Starbucks.  Also, at the screening, meet students and staff from Literacy Source, and learn more about the vital work done by this organization (located across the street from the library) to promote self-sufficiency through learner-centered education in English literacy and basic life skills.

To find out more about the screening, check out their Facebook page.  Also, a preview of ‘Writing the Next Chapter’ can be viewed on YouTube.  Come witness, meet and celebrate this treasured Fremont organization!
