Sign-Up Now for Summer Series of ‘Artist’s Way’ Classes

Sign-up has started for the summer session of classes on Julia Cameron’s ‘The Artist’s Way.’  The 12-week series of classes will be held on Monday nights, from 6:30p – 8:30p, May 20th – Aug 5th at Present Sense, at 4131 Woodland Park Ave N.

Whether you see yourself as an artist, or absolutely not, ‘The Artist’s Way’ by Julia Cameron can be an incredibly useful resource to tap into your creative side.  The 2-hour a week class takes students through the 12 chapters of the book, with additional creativity exercises and strategies. This material can benefit anyone, no matter how dormant or energized their creative life may be.

Instructor Kate Gavigan worked in social services as a trainer for 10 years, and currently does PR for a local theater.  She credits ‘The Artist’s Way’ in helping her uncover her passion for theatre and marketing the arts, and the mid-life career change that led to her dream job.
