On Saturday, November 2nd, from 9a – Noon, find Coyle’s Bakeshop popping up within Book Larder book shop, at 4252 Fremont Ave N.  Book Larder Culinary Director Rachael Coyle will be serving handmade pastries, sweets and treats to go, for a few short hours.  Find out more on the Coyle’s Bakeshop Facebook Page.

On Monday, November 4th, from 6:30p – 8p, meet Bob Donegan and Jess Thomson at Book Larder for a free presentation of the ‘Ivar’s Seafood Cookbook.’  Donegan serves as President for Ivar’s local chain of seafood restaurants, located in Seattle for 75 years.  The company whose motto is ‘Keep Clam’ will serve up tantalizing photography, anecdotes and ephemera along with favorite recipes for home-cooking dishes from the restaurant’s extensive repertoire.  While this event is free, an RSVP will help Book Larder plan.
