On Monday, November 18th, at 7p, enjoy a four-course meal designed by Hale’s Ales Brewery chef, paired with outstanding specialty ales, some never publicly released. Listen to the chef and Hale’s brewers discuss the pairings, and ask questions. Or, simply enjoy a gourmet meal and fine ales.
The cost of this evening of delicious food and ales is $45 per person, not including tax and gratuity. The meal does include a choice of wild boar cheek paired with Hale’s 30th Anniversary DPA, or glazed salmon paired with O’Brien’s Harvest Ale.
