FNCLogoOn Monday, November 25, from 7p – 8:30p, the Fremont Neighborhood Council (FNC) will hold its final monthly meeting for 2013 at Doric Lodge 92.

The meeting will feature a presentation by the King County team leading the Fremont Siphon Replacement Project.  Team members will give an update about planning for the project, scheduled to start in 2014, and answer questions plus take input on ways to make the project better for our community.  Also in attendance will be representatives from Seattle Public Utilities to share preliminary details about a follow-on project.

The FNC meeting will also have time to discuss neighborhood issues including the Neighborhood Plan Review, a pedestrian crossing at N 43rd & Fremont Ave, transportation, and land use.  Also under discussion, the Fall FNC membership drive.

Due to end of the year holidays, the next meeting of the FNC – our resident advocacy and representation organization – will be held on the fourth Monday in January of 2014, starting at 7p in the Doric Lodge of Fremont.  Find out more about the FNC through the organization website, including membership, or attend an upcoming, public meeting.
