On April 18th & 19th, the annual Hop Scotch Festival opens with entertainment and education for all fans of local hops and fine Scotch. How will Hop Scotch pour thousands of beverage samples over two short days? How will you get your foot in the door of this growing festival? Volunteer! Over 300 people (21+) are needed to help this fundraiser for the Fremont Chamber of Commerce Community Grants Program.
For giving four hours of time, volunteers receive:
- complimentary Hops Admission to the event, and Fremont Studios, including a commemorative tasting glass and seven tasting tokens (for beer and wine samples)
- an exclusive, official Hop Scotch volunteer t-shirt
- the opportunity to meet new people and have fun
- a backstage look at Hop Scotch
- the pride of supporting the Fremont neighborhood through the Community Grants program (which has funded projects with the Fremont Abbey, the Fremont Troll, the First Friday Art Walk, B.F. Day School, the Wallingford Boys & Girls Club, the Fremont Arts Council, Moisture Festival, etc.)
