On Monday, June 30th, from 6:30p – 8p, Book Larder welcomes author Jeni Britton Bauer as she demonstrates one of the delicious recipes from her book, ‘Jeni’s Splendid Ice Cream Desserts’. For $30 per person, attendees will see how to make ‘Eton Mess and the Machego Ice Cream with Sauteed Fruit’ from Britton Bauer’s book, and take home a signed copy.
In ‘Jeni’s Splendid Ice Cream Desserts’, ice creams deliciously melt into hot brown Bettys, berry cobblers, sweet empanadas, and corn fritters. One-of-a-kind cakes and cookies get served not only with ice cream, but crumbled on top and incorporated into the sweet & smooth dessert itself. Bring on a sweet summer this year!
