This Friday, October 3rd, from 6p – 9p, take another first experience of the Fremont First Friday Art Walk. You may have enjoyed this monthly excuse to meander Fremont and visit a variety of venues before – and now is time to return. If you have never been on the Fremont First Friday Art Walk, now is a good time for a first visit!
The Fremont Art Walk website lists all the venues participating this month, but two are particularly worth a visit:
- Portage Bay Goods has robots in love, bunnies in space and polar bears well-versed in the art of nunchaku as they display the art of La Ru, a perennial favorite.
- Frame-Up Studios has photos inspired by the Olympic Peninsula Hoh Rain Forest. Roy Burbank created this wonderful collection of photographs of the coniferous and deciduous species that leave an indelible impression on the viewer.
Visit these two venues, and get a map to the other participating shops, restaurants and drinking establishments on the Fremont Art Walk this month – or view the information on the FFF website, to plan your path. However you decide on the venues to visit, don’t miss out on the Fremont First Friday Art Walk this month!
