At the Fremont Branch of the Seattle Public Library, on Saturday, October 12th and October 19th, from 1:30p – 4p, Roosterwax presents an opportunity for students in grades 6 – 12, to explore, design, and present their own architectural project using the same methods that architects use.
This free event allows students to learn more about art and architecture in preparation of their designing the future of their communities and city. Pre-registration is required, particularly for those students interested in presenting their own architectural project. Go to the Roosterwax website to sign-up, or just to find more information on this innovative and informative series.
Thanks to the Fremont Chamber of Commerce Community Grants program and a City of Seattle Department of Neighborhoods Matching Grant for funding this Design Studio.
