Last fall, Fremont lost a dear, neighborhood, independent theater. Stone Soup Theatre closed its operations in The DownStage, to focus its energies and funding on its youth programs. Since 1999, Stone Soup has been entertaining audiences in The DownStage with professional productions of one-act plays, including the works of Tennessee Williams, A.A. Milne, Thornton Wilder, Neil Simon Tom Stoppard and Harold Pinter.
On Wednesday, March 23rd, from 5p – 9p, fans and friends of The DownStage, and Stone Soup, are invited to celebrate its history, service and shows. Join Stone Soup staff and friends for this final farewell.
RSVP to join this celebration, with snacks and conversation, in the backroom of Tutta Bella on Stone Way. Confirm your attendance, or ask questions about this farewell party, at maureen@stonesouptheatre.org
