Fremont has a tremendous number of small, local businesses that make up the majority of the commerce in our community. When considering your shopping list this season, please include items from our stores and restaurants – and thereby, keep them in business.
Many Fremont businesses will be offering special deals and discounts over the Black Friday (Nov 25th) and Small Business Saturday® (Nov 26th) weekend. These businesses will be doing their best to earn your patronage – and build their client base.
Consider these opportunities:
- Lola Pop – Closing at the end of November, this boutique specializing in French and Italian fashion, shoes and accessories still has plenty of great items for sale. Stop by throughout the weekend, from 11a – 6:30p.
- Sole Perfection – On Friday & Saturday find $20 off top name slippers. Also consider taking advantage of a month-long sale (25% off) on all socks when purchasing 4 pairs or more, through December 24th.
- Peace Love & Happiness Club – Find discounts and many items on sale for only $20, at this unique oasis of plants, apothecary, artisan jewelry and fashion, during the Fall clearance sale.

- Fremont Brewing – On ‘B-Bomb Friday’ celebrate from 11a – 9p the annual tapping of the bourbon barrel-aged winter ale (formerly known as Bourbon Abominable.) - Vif Wine|Coffee – On Saturday, from 1p – 3p, enjoy a special holiday wine tasting, and get assistance selecting the ideal bottles for serving at your important events and giving as gifts this season.
- Juniper Flowers – Stop by Fremont’s florist on Small Business Saturday from 9a – 3p to shop their selection of quality flowers, plants and gift items including sweets, candles, handmade soaps and holiday décor. The workshop, located beneath Fremont Coffee, can be accessed on Saturday – or by appointment – for gorgeous arrangements ideal for every day, corporate and special celebrations.
- Sweat Hot Yoga – Meet owner Rebekah Satiago, and her sister Jessica, and see the studio on Small Business Saturday from Noon – 4p. Get gift certificates for yoga, reiki, and massage – for your loved ones, or yourself!
- At Portage Bay Goods, Pipe And Row, Fusion Beads, Jive Time Records, and Miir Flagship earn rewards through the Little Boxes® campaign on both Friday & Saturday. Support our local economy, and win big prizes, as you shop your favorite boutiques.
