Sunday, July 10th, from 2p – 4p, will be the latest installment in the free concert series held in the covered courtyard at History House. Come enjoy Music In the Sculpture Garden, and a Sunday afternoon of high-quality acoustic music.
This week, enjoy two outstanding, local singer-songwriters:
- Matt Price doesn’t have the patience to write a screenplay, but give him 3:55, and both your ears, and Matt will weave a tale as deeply textured as a classic novel or as intricate as a film noir masterpiece.
- Seattle-based songwriter Alicia Healey specializes in Americana, folk pop rock music. She writes and performs original songs as well as stealing a song now and then. Alicia is a storyteller who taps into the significance of insignificant moments.
In addition to the music, check out the used books on display – and for sale. Buy a book for a buck, and help History House in its mission to give every neighborhood a place to tell its story…
Produced by John Nordstrand, the Music In The Sculpture Garden is sponsored in part by a grant from the Fremont Chamber of Commerce and generous donations by area businesses and non-profits.
