The Woodland Park Zoo is open all year, and the animals are always available for visits and celebrating the seasons!  Over the weekends of December 14th – 16th and 21st – 23rd, get in the spirit with wreaths, trees, treats and joy for the animals.

In this season of giving, the Zoo staff will treat its wildlife residents to fish-or-fruit trimmed wreaths, evergreen trees with ornamental fruit, or gift-wrapped boxes of healthy treats.  As part of the Zoo’s excellent animal care programs, the gifts are aimed at encouraging natural behavior and keeping the animals mentally and physically stimulated.  The gifts are given at times to maximize the extraordinary experience of Zoo visitors.
