Get a solid, easy rosé with French Blue, or the expressive mélange of fruit in The Holloran. A staff favorite, The Monmousseau, is a summer party, but the Fondreche reportedly has ‘aromas of honey and white peach with notes of tart pear and fresh-cut grass on the palate.’ Whichever one (or several) you choose, you are supporting a small Fremont business while purchasing something you can enjoy now, or when you need it in the time to come!
