While local eateries continue to modify their out-door dining options, Hale’s Ales will celebrate it with new brews.  The Inaugural Open-Air Dining now available at Hale’s has some amazing new brews to taste alongside the delectable, comforting meals.

The taproom at Hale’s, recently vacated by El Camion, has been newly painted and cleaned, and is ready for 25% occupancy following State guidelines for COVID safety.  Hale’s also now has two outdoor seating areas available to accommodate those who want an al fresco option.

During the winter, the Hale’s Dining Room will be open:

  • Sundays to Fridays from 3p – 8p
  • Saturdays form 11a – 8p

The new menu at Hale’s is aimed at comfort food that provides nutrition, solace and satisfaction as we all slog through the pandemic.  Hale’s has also created some beers to find on-tap or available To-Go, that will provide their own kind of solace for those 21+.

  • Echo Base Winter – In a brewery, not far away… A rich, delicious winter ale that will help you get through the toughest of seasons.  With aromas of chocolate and dark fruits, Echo Base is combined with flavors of roasted malt that co-exist in this malty ale of balanced hop character.  A winter warmer, Echo Base will keep the chill off better than crawling into a Tauntaun.

  • Hop Rizing IPA – This resin-y IPA has hop flavor and aroma without the bitterness. Hop Rizing encompasses the post-modern IPA style without compromising an IPA’s identity.
  • Hazamania Hazy IPA – This IPA will rip your shirt off with its bold, tropical aromas and intense fruity flavors of passion fruit, pineapple and other citrus! Hale’s shouts ‘Yeah, Brother!’ with its new, Hazy IPA.

In addition to these seasonal specialties, Hale’s Ales is transitioning its Mongoose IPA into a year-round Hazy.  The transition date has been delayed due to COVID-causes but it is available at the brewery so stop by and get it, and all their incredible Ales, while they last.

Most importantly, stay strong and full of cheer from the Hale’s Crew.  Learn more about what is going on at Hale’s, visit the website (click here.)
