On Monday, May 24th, at 7p, the Fremont Neighborhood Council will meet virtually on Zoom – and all Fremont residents are welcomed and encouraged to attend. The FNC seeks to improve and support the residential community of Fremont, and advocate on behalf of our residents. This effort is best achieved by involvement of all Fremont residents.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, the FNC has transitioned to virtual meetings and during this meeting, a discussion is planned for transitioning to hybrid meetings. The FNC will also be hearing a presentation from the Seattle Department of Transportation on plans for street changes and transit improvements to better accommodate METRO bus route #40.
The FNC May agenda also will allow time for discussion on speakers and presentations for future meeting, including a potential update on the Fremont Arts Council. The FNC by-law updates may also be discussed. The agenda also has time set aside for a discussion on Art In Fremont, including art sponsored by the FNC and the Troll’s Knoll P-Patch.
