On Wednesday, September 15th, from 4:30p – 6p, a Meet-The-Candidates Happy Hour gathering will take place out-of-doors at the Pacific Fisherman Shipyard in Ballard, with the Fremont Chamber of Commerce encouraging everyone to come and meet some of tomorrow’s potential leaders. A meeting fee is being charged on $30 per person.
In November, Seattle-area voters have important decisions to make as they vote for a new Seattle Mayor, two at-large Seattle City Councilmembers, Seattle City Attorney and Port of Seattle Commissioners. Over the last two years, the need for quality, capable leaders has become even more apparent, and Seattle voters need to consider these opportunities carefully.
Come meet the candidates, inside the gates of the Pacific Fisherman Shipyard. Meet our neighbors who keep our waterways viable and safe – and help them decide who would be best to speak on behalf of Fremont and Ballard interests in our city.
