On Monday, April 13, at 8p, at the University Heights Community Center, a public meeting is planned for input on the development proposed for 3860 Bridge Way N. The proposal is for a 5-story structure containing 18 residential units and 5 live/work units, and no on-site parking (permit #3018230.)
This Early Design Guidance meeting will only allow public comment on design considerations. Comments related to environmental impacts (including traffic, parking, noise, etc.) cannot be addressed at this meeting, and can only be considered by the Seattle Department of Planning & Development if the project triggers an environmental review.
Written comments can be submitted in preparation of the early design meeting, through April 13th, on site planning and design issues. Meetings are ADA compliant, with translators or interpreters provided upon request, with five-days advance notice. Please submit these requests to the Public Resource Center at prc@seattle.gov or 206/684-8467.
