On Saturday, March 14th, from Noon to 3p, the Seattle Rose Society will host its annual pruning demonstration in the most plentiful and prolific location for roses in our region – the Woodland Park Rose Garden.
In the spectacularly fragrant and gorgeously growing public garden, gain insight into the world of roses, and how to care for them. Get answers to questions, whether a rose beginner, or an experienced and yet still curious cultivator. Learn how to cut, where to use tools properly, what are correct cuts, and discover the varieties of roses.
No matter how serious your interest, the Rose Garden offers a splendid setting for flower lovers to meet, stroll the selections, and circulate among Seattle Rose Society members. The Rose Garden also offers an extensive array of bush roses, hybrid teas, floribundas, grandifloras, and climbers, providing a place for every kind of flower – and every kind of rose lover.
