At the Anytime Fitness in Fremont, a 24/7 workout is easy to get but they also have a team of trainers and coaches available to help members reach their fitness and health goals. The coaches can provide a 360 degree approach to your wellness journey – and the Fremont Anytime Fitness has two new coaches for members to meet!
Vahid Sharifi has been a personal trainer since 2013, with certification through NASM and a diploma from the National Personal Training Institute. He’s also received training in kettlebell, corrective exercise and precision nutrition. Originally, Sharifi worked in Boston but he’s come to Seattle, and to Fremont, using his approach to working with others, as he said, “I believe in uplifting my clientele and promoting an enjoyable experience through exercise. Training is a positive endeavor and so it should feel that way.”
Heather Buckles has certifications in personal training, nutrition, corrective exercise, and bodybuilding, with specialties in strength and conditioning training. She wants to help members find balance through changing mindset, creating individual exercise plans based on your goals, and keeping motivated. On her own, Buckles enjoys running and weightlifting, plus snow skiing and hiking. She explained of her approach, “I became a personal trainer because I want to help people become the BEST version of themselves. Everyone deserves to feel happy, confident, and strong in life. Period.”
