On Thursday, April 20th, many Fremont retailers will be offering special discounts and deals, and staying open late to give you more time to explore what our locally based small businesses have to offer, all as a part of Fremont Third Thursday!
Be sure to visit Pipe + Row to support a great cause, and sip drinks with great gals. Check out the Pine & Boon trunk show, with an amazing collection of modern leather bags and accessories. During Third Thursday, 15% of all sales in Pipe + Row will be donated to Mary’s Place, a non-profit providing legitimate, safe and immediate shelter, nourishment, healing and resources to homeless women, children and families while they reclaim their lives and regain hope.
For National Card & Letter Writing Month (a.k.a. April) Portage Bay Goods with Katie Davis will host a pop-up Sad Shop, featuring stationary created by this Seattle-based business. Sad Shop offers bold designs with sweet and sad attitudes, perfect for sending a card or letter to a friend, surprising them with good, old-fashioned snail mail! Also, while at PBG on Third Thursday, buy-one-get-one-free on adult and kids’ t-shirts and onesies, including new colors and styles from Little Orange Room, Factory 43 Seahawk tees, and others.
