Since its opening, The Barrel Thief Wine & Whiskey Bar has hosted a free wine tasting (for those 21+) every Friday. Starting in April 2014, Thursdays become the new Friday with the wine tasting moving permanently one day early. The new series will kick off with Sommelier David LeClaire, local wine personality and founder of Seattle Uncorked wine club, pouring from the more than 150 wines-by-the-glass offered at Barrel Thief.
Since Fridays have been getting crowded as fans of fine wines and whiskeys (and quiet, adult gathering places,) find The Barrel Thief, the wine tastings (which have their own fans) will move to Thursdays.
On April 3rd, from 5p – 8p, LeClaire promises to showcase ‘Six Wines Your Mother’s Never Heard Of’ to you, your friends…and your mom?
