As the school year comes to an end, it is time to welcome the one-day-only shopping experience that is B.F. Day Village Day!

This annual opportunity for the students at Fremont’s only public school – B.F. Day Elementary – to show what they’ve learned about entrepreneurship and the free market system takes place at the school on Friday, June 7th, from 1p – 2:50p.

Each classroom creates, constructs, and staffs its own business or service, with the help and guidance of similar neighborhood businesses, parents and other volunteers.  The public then come to visit, and ‘shop’ the stores created by the students on June 7th.  Please register upon entrance to the school, and remember to stop by the B.F. Day Bank to convert your U.S. currency into Day Dollars.

Support our school, our students, and the future generation of Fremont business owners and operators!
