On Wednesday, January 31st, from 6p – 8p, The Barrel Thief Wine & Whiskey Bar will host a unique wine tasting with samples from the Grover Zampa Vineyards of the Nandi Hills region of South-Central India.
A relatively new vineyard, with its first vintage in 1995, Grover Zampa has had Bordeaux enologist Michel Rolland advising and consulting on the vintage. Learn how to discern the French influence, and local flair, of these wines well-matched with food, especially the spicy cuisine of India.
Indian wine is rare, and worth the wait. Grovery Zampa wines are world-class and affordable… and bring a bottle to a party to stump your amateur sommelier friends!
Attend this tasting where Barrel Thief will be pouring:
- Art Collection Rosé ($12)
- Art Collection Sauvignon Blanc ($12)
- VA Reserve Viognier ($18)
- La Reserve Red ($15)
