On Tuesday, March 23rd at 6:30p, the Bastyr Center for Natural Health will host a free, on-line Health Talk.  Bastyr offers educational programs throughout the year, for health providers and those who just want to learn better ways for them, and their family, to live.

On March 23rd, naturopaths from Bastyr will talk on ‘Ways To Recognize and Manage Stress’.  Attendees will learn how to recognize common stressors in your life, and the ways stress impacts the mind and body.  More importantly, this free talk will include viable tips for how to better manage stress, and to bring more calm into your day-to-day life.

Bastyr is also calling March Nutrition Month, and offering a $25 visit with one of their Nutritionists.  Good food has been proven to affect mood.  Your mood can suddenly crash in the middle of the day, or you can realize you often feel ‘blue’ after eating certain ways.  Bastyr University has posted an informative article about the Food-Brain Connection (click here.)

Changing your eating habits can lead to better health, and can affect symptoms you may not even know you have.  Get support and information with a nutrition counseling visit through Bastyr, for $25, and no insurance is necessary.  Find out more on the Bastyr Center website (click here.)
