BBQ & Patrol 9 Dedication On May 19th

On Saturday, May 19th, from 11a – 3p, the Seattle Police Department (SPD) Harbor Unit and Kvichak Marine Industries will hold a public celebration of Patrol 9 – the newest addition to the SPD Harbor fleet and the 500th hull built by Kvichak, a Fremont company.

Come enjoy some BBQ, tour Patrol 9 and meet the officers that keep our shoreline safe.  This will be the official dedication of Patrol 9, with Fremont’s own Suzie Burke invited to break the champagne over the bow.  This free, open-to-the-public event is perfect for families – and will take place at the Harbor Patrol Station, at 1717 N. Northlake Place, between Gas Works Park and the new Northlake Community Wharf.
