During the month of September, Flow Fitness Fremont is offering free yoga classes, ideal for beginner to intermediate level practitioners. Those who enjoy yoga as part of their overall fitness routine, or those who want to try this great, comprehensive workout.
Flow Fitness Fremont has a beautiful yoga studio with amazing instructors and a welcoming community. The studio is kept in the high 70 degrees – enough to keep the body warm and break a sweat. Using infrared heaters, the warmth directly affects the muscles and allows for greater flexibility, increases blood circulation, and helps with sweating and detoxification of the body.
Visitors are welcome to take as many of the free yoga classes during the month of September as they like. Next week, classes will take place:
- Sun, Sep 1st from 9a – 10:15a (Soulful Flow with Emily Thach)
