The B.F. Day Elementary School students will be conducting a quest this Saturday, May 15th from 2p – 4p, and everyone in the neighborhood can help!
The Dragon Quest Fun Run will involve a hunt by students (with parents in tow) around Fremont, Wallingford, Ballard, Phinney and Greenlake. The kids will be looking for ‘Sunny the Dragon’ – and you can print your own and post copies around, in windows, on businesses, on telephone poles or anywhere the children could see, safely and from a distance, as they count and compile lists.
Other ways to help are:
- If you must walk around the neighborhoods on Saturday, May 15th, please give our kids (and their families) a safe social distance from which to work
- If you can donate – the Fun Run is a fundraiser for the F.Day PTSA and important programs that enrich and educate our students beyond what the public school can provide – please give on the BFDayPTSA.org website (click here.)
The Dragon Quest will raise much needed funds for our elementary school, and our future generation, and we can all help! Print your Sunny, support the students – and know you were part of the 2021 B.F. Day Fun Run Saturday!
