Anticipated to begin in late December 2016, and extend for four weeks, into early 2017, Seattle City Light sent out a notice to some addresses about potential traffic and parking disruptions around Fremont.
A map, showing the locations of 11 sites around Fremont and Wallingford where low-powered antennae and equipment cabinets will be installed, has also been distributed.
