On Saturday, September 28th at 2:30p, Claret Wine Bar offers a class in Columbia Gorge AVA wine, accompanied by delicious eats provided by the adjacent Fiasco.
Enjoy sample tastes of several wines, and information you likely didn’t know about the featured wines. There is no more diverse 40-mile stretch of wine country in America than Washington’s Columbia Gorge. Rather than spending four hours driving there in a car, stop by Claret (at the foot of Stone Way) and enjoy these liquid expressions of the grape.
Purchase a ticket, for $25 per person (21+ only,) or purchase a pass to all three fall wine classes currently being offered by Claret. Click here for more details. Get your tickets early as the Claret classes do sell out!
On October 26th, sample the wines of Mexico in celebration of Dia de Muerto (accompanied by food from Pablo Y Pablo,) and on November 23rd, learn to pair wines with the foods of Thanksgiving. Find out more about these classes, and all Claret has going on, on the Claret ‘Bulletin Board’ (click here.)
