On Tuesday, November 16th, at 6p, the Fremont Arts Council will host the first committee meeting to discuss the 2010 Winter Feast. The Feast is an art installation, party and community building event all-in-one. It is also, usually, an invitation only celebration – and one proven way to get an invite is by helping ‘build’ the Feast.
Everyone is welcome at the meeting on Tuesday, to give feedback on past feasts and volunteer to assist on this one. So far the two primary leadership positions – Site Coordinator and Volunteer Coordinator – remain up for grabs, for those who really desire serious responsiblity. However, assistance with headdresses, decorations, art, candle-making, invitation-making and food will also be gratefully accepted.
