From November 5th – 8th, the work on the Watershed Building, at 900 N 34th St, will require the closure of the alley behind the building.
The contractors will be closing up the walls on the lower levels and finishing up mechanical and electrical rough-in work on the upper floors over the coming week. On the exterior of the building, glazing and beginning work will be done on the cedar soffit.
All of this work will require the temporary closure of the alley, and extended work days, but access to all driveways will be maintained. If you would like more information on the Watershed Building project, visit the Weber Thompsons website (click here.)
