Construction Work On 900 N 34th St Building To Temporarily Close Alley

From November 5^th – 8^th, the work on the Watershed Building, at 900 N 34^th St, will require the closure of the alley behind the building.

The contractors will be closing up the walls on the lower levels and finishing up mechanical and electrical rough-in work on the upper floors over the coming week. On the exterior of the building, glazing and beginning work will be done on the cedar soffit.
